Posture Matters

Sit in comfort with Form's ergonomic office chairs

Designed for comfort

Form chairs move with your body, helping encourage healthy posture while supporting your body.

When seated at work you should be able to move freely from computer tasks to more relaxed postures to help blood flow and, in turn, promote healthier posture and better concentration while reducing your risk of back and neck pain.

Form chairs in free-float mode deliver comfort and support whether your body is static, in motion or reclined.

Proper desk chair posture

Proper desk chair posture

  1. Sit up straight and allow your shoulders to relax into a natural position.
  2. Ensure your feet are flat on the ground just under your knees.
  3. Leave a 2-4cm gap between the back of your knees and the chair's seat.
  4. Adjust the chair's back and lumbar support to suit the curve of your spine.
  5. Keep your thighs parallel to the floor.
  6. Avoid crossing your legs as this can lead to posture-related problems.
  7. Use the chair's free-float back motion to promote movement.
  8. Keep your forearms extended horizontally and your wrists straight.
  9. Position the screen directly in front of your face and an arm's length away.
